By accessing or using Subkept, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.
Subkept is a personal subscription tracking tool. It allows users to manually log recurring expense entries, set reminders for billing dates and trial expirations, and view spending summaries based on data they have entered. Subkept does not connect to bank accounts, does not read payment card transactions, and does not verify whether any subscription listed by a user is active or accurate. All data is entered manually by the user.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use Subkept. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are using Subkept on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
You must provide a valid email address to register. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. One account per person is permitted under these terms.
Subkept offers a free plan with limited features and paid plans billed on a monthly or annual basis. Current pricing is displayed on our pricing page at all times. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing period. All payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your payment card information. We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of a paid plan after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You will retain access to paid features through the end of the period already paid. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund; see our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
You agree not to: use Subkept for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data; upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content; interfere with the proper functioning of the service; use automated tools to scrape, overload, or stress-test the service; create multiple accounts to circumvent free plan limitations; impersonate any person or entity; or use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair Subkept or its users.
All software, design, branding, and content of Subkept is the intellectual property of its developer. You retain full ownership of all subscription data you manually enter into the app. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of Subkept without written permission.
We aim to maintain high availability of Subkept but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.
Subkept provides spending summaries and insights based solely on the data you manually enter. We make no representations about the accuracy of spending calculations, price change notifications, or renewal date predictions. These are tools to assist your own decision-making. Always verify charges directly with your bank, card provider, or the subscription service in question.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Subkept and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or financial loss, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by applicable law. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a security risk. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
