Terms of use

By using subkept.com you agree to these terms. They are written to be short and plain.

Free to use

All tools are free. There is no account, no sign-up and no usage limit. You may use the results for personal or commercial purposes.

Your files are yours

Your files are processed on your own device and never uploaded to us. You keep all rights to them, and you are responsible for having the right to use any file you process.

Official requirements

Passport, visa, signature and upload-size tools follow published rules as closely as we can and link to the official sources. Rules change, and authorities make the final decision. Always check the official requirements before you submit a photo or document. We are not responsible if an application is rejected.

Provided as is

We work hard to make the tools accurate and reliable, but they are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Keep a copy of your original files. To the extent the law allows, Subkept is not liable for any loss or damage arising from using the site.

Fair use

Don’t try to disrupt the site, overload it on purpose, or use it for anything illegal.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Questions? Email [email protected].
